RMB is an advertising agency that markets, alone or with partners, advertising space on TV channels, radio, and new digital media stemming notably from the digitization of audiovisual publishers. As part of its activity, RMB collects and processes a large amount of personal data (hereafter, the "Data"). RMB is committed to complying with both national legislation relating to the collection and processing of Data and the European regulation No. 2016/679 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter: "GDPR").
This policy (hereafter, the "Privacy Policy") informs you of the reasons and the manner in which we process your Data when we conduct our activities or when you use the website and other communication interfaces (hereafter, "The Sites"). It is also intended to inform you about the persons to whom we transfer your Data and the rights you have.
This Privacy Policy concerns the processing of Data
- Visitors to the website (hereinafter "Visitors");
- Persons who fill out the contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, provide their business card, or persons whose contact information is publicly available from their company in sectors of interest to us (hereinafter "Interested Parties");

Data collected by RMB varies depending on the type of individuals concerned as classified above. The data processed are as follows:
- For Visitors: information automatically collected during each access to the Site – see also our Cookie Policy in this regard;
- For Interested Parties: first name, last name, position, company, phone number, email address, exchanges with our sales team;
- For Clients: first name, last name, position, company, phone number, email address, identifier, exchanges/requests to our sales team;
- For Suppliers: first name, last name, position, company, phone number, email address, exchanges with our sales team.
Data are collected directly from you. Some data are collected via public information (notably through prospecting via public channels).
How Do We Justify Processing Your Data?
The legal grounds for processing are as follows:
- For Visitors: RMB's legitimate interest in the proper functioning of its site, along with your consent regarding cookies.
- For Interested Parties: RMB's legitimate interest in promoting its business, provided that only those who have shown interest in RMB's activities are targeted, as well as individuals who can reasonably expect to be contacted by RMB due to their professional role (e.g., head of the marketing department).
- For Clients: contract execution and RMB's legitimate interest in informing them about all its activities.
- For Suppliers: contract execution.
Collection Purposes: Why Do We Collect Your Data?
Data is collected and processed by RMB for the following purposes:
- Managing our relationships with you and promoting our offers and services through our Sites, emails, newsletters, event invitations, etc.,
- Executing the contract that binds us,
- Assessing the effectiveness and user-friendliness of the Sites and improving them,
- Conducting internal statistical surveys and market studies, for example, to evaluate your interests and better define the development of our communication strategies.
Data Transfer: Accessibility and Communication
Our staff members have access to your data strictly based on the "need to know" principle and for the purposes described above. Additionally, they are bound by a strict confidentiality obligation.
Third-party companies may handle certain Data during technical services necessary for the proper execution of RMB’s services and activities. These operations are always performed on behalf of and for RMB, which assumes full responsibility, under contracts ensuring data security. Thus, RMB may transfer your Data when necessary to:

- Request that we delete the Data about you or limit how we use your Data if you believe there is no or no longer a legal basis for processing.
- Withdraw your consent to the processing of your Data (where processing is based on consent).
- Receive a copy of your Data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and readable format, and transfer this Data to another party (another data controller, where processing is based on consent or contract).
- Object to the processing of your Data where we rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis; in such cases, we will stop processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing. We also ensure an opt-out mechanism is provided in our promotional communications.
Securing Information and the Network
RMB takes every measure to optimally protect your Data. These measures notably include informing staff about their confidentiality obligations as well as technical security measures (protection of its CRM, etc.).
Data Retention
RMB retains your Data only for the time reasonably necessary for the intended purposes. For Clients, we generally keep your data for the duration of our business relationship and five years after it ends. For Interested Parties and Visitors, we ensure data is retained for a maximum of two years after our last contact, in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
